Metal and plastic parts: it specializes in manufacture of various precision metal and plastic parts, clamprobeg tools, fixtures, molds, automobile fittings, medical apparatuses as well as digital camera accessories. 2. Electronic Products: ICT test fixture (including single-sided and double-sided probe testers); FCT fixtures: computer mainboard and peripherals, function test fixtures as DVD, VCD, MP3, screen, charger main board and telephone main board, and BGA test fixture, PCB test fixture, shielding fixture, cell phone test fixture, PCB soldering fixture and SMT fixture, etc.

I. Metal and plastic processing equipments:

1. Our company owns the CNC machining center, CNC milling machine and CNC precision engraving machine, CNC lathes, precision milling machines, instrument lathes, precision grinders, drilling machines, thread-rolling and tapping machines; press, shearing machine, bending machine and press machine; as well as a series of production lines in silk screen printing, oil spray and aluminum oxidation. Besides, we have subordinate factories for wire-cut and electric discharge processing.　

2. Technical Team: We have skillful mechanical engineers and operators of rich experience.　

II. Electronic Equipments:

1. We apply the advanced automatic point choosing systems as FABMASTER and CODECAM to deal in various CAD and GERBER FILE documents and they may provide us the analysis report and effective advice within a day, which solves the measure difficulty with PCB design. Choose the test point with the GERBER or CAD documents directly and convert them into CNC drilling or milling procedure, then the test procedures are programmed automatically. Assure the accuracy of the fixture.

2. Two assembly lines, electric winding machine (USA), needle press table, motor-driven screwdrivers and transformed power supply.

3. Quality Assurance: all fixtures are made up of imported materials, including materials (raw materials as acrylic, glass fiber, bakelite, anti-static INGUN board and synthetic stone). The probe adopts the QA and INGUN test probes, LEENO and BGA double-ended test probes, and CCP, Huarong probes, Zhongli probes and high frequency probes.

4. Double-sided fixture adopts the superior high accurate bearing location and guiding post location to reduce the error.

5. The pneumatic fixture uses the cylinder (as Chelic, SMC and AIRTAC) and PLC programming control to realize the automatic controlling.

6. The structural design applies the software as CAD, UG, RPOE2005 and SOLIDWORKS2007.

7. Technical Team: We have the electronic engineers and testers who are of abundant experience.
